Return Policy (UK Customers)

At CP Automotive Ltd (Company No. 13118035), we aim to deliver high-quality products. In line with UK law, customers have certain rights which we fully respect.

Change of Mind Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Refunds cover the product price + our standard shipping charge only. Any express or premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, you must contact us immediately (including photos and a clear description).

  • Returned goods will be inspected and tested. If the fault is confirmed, we will at our discretion arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Refunds are considered only if repair or replacement is not possible.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unreasonable handling.

  • For approved faulty returns, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed same-day (if received before 17:00 or the next business day.

  • All shipments are handled via DPD with typical 1 business day delivery within the UK.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per article and displayed on each product page.
