At CP Automotive Ltd (Company No. 13118035), we aim to deliver high-quality products. In line with UK law, customers have certain rights which we fully respect.
Change of Mind Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in unused, original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Refunds cover the product price + our standard shipping charge only. Any express or premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, you must contact us immediately (including photos and a clear description).

Returned goods will be inspected and tested. If the fault is confirmed, we will at our discretion arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds are considered only if repair or replacement is not possible.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unreasonable handling.

For approved faulty returns, we will cover reasonable return costs.
